Job summary

Fokker Landing Gear, part of GKN Aerospace, is seeking a Configuration Management Engineer to safeguard product configuration across the lifecycle in Papendrecht, Netherlands. You will manage manufacturing data, documentation, and QMS while driving data governance in a regulated aerospace setting.

Key qualifications include 3+ years in configuration management, Windchill experience, and AS9100 familiarity. Collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Configuration Management, preferably in aerospace or regulated manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of configuration control, ECR/ECN processes, and PLM workflows.
• Experience with windchill PLM and engineering data traceability.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration control and engineering change management activities.
• Manage product structures, baselines, traceability, and change records.
• Develop and maintain configuration management procedures and QMS documentation.
• Support configuration audits, compliance activities, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program teams.
• Support and optimize Windchill PLM and related data processes.
