Job summary

Westfort Vleesproducten seeks an Administrator Shipping Containers to coordinate international shipments from order to delivery at the destination port. You will process international sales orders in our ERP system, monitor shipments, and ensure all documentation and data are up to date for every container.

You will collaborate with Sales, Planning, Production and Finance, maintain contact with customers, freight forwarders and cold storage facilities, and keep stakeholders informed with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level education (HBO) with working mindset.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
• Dutch language is a plus, but not required.
• Accurate work, strong attention to detail.

• Comfortable in an international environment.

Responsibilities

As a Administrator Shipping Containers, you will coordinate international shipments for our customers outside Europe. From processing sales orders to the moment the customer receives their container at the destination port, you will oversee every step of the journey. You will communicate daily with customers, colleagues, and logistics partners around the world, ensuring smooth administrative and logistical execution throughout the process.

Your role as a Administrator Shipping Containers

Together with your colleagues, you ensure that international sales orders are processed, planned, and managed accurately. You closely monitor the progress of container shipments and make sure all information in our ERP system remains up to date at all times.

You will work closely with the Sales, Planning, Production, and Finance departments. In addition, you will maintain contact with customers, freight forwarders, and cold storage facilities. Thanks to your overview, accuracy, and communication skills, all stakeholders receive the right information at the right time.

What you will do
