Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is seeking an administrative/data-entry professional at Schiphol (Amsterdam). You will enter data accurately, serve as the first point of contact for customers and internal teams, and monitor processes to meet deadlines.

You will check dangerous substances and handle customer files and invoicing as part of daily duties. The role requires Dutch and English proficiency, proficiency in Excel/Word/Outlook, and a proactive, service-minded, no-nonsense approach.

Qualifications

• You have good knowledge of Dutch and English in spoken and written form.
• You have at least an MBO level education.
• You are proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook.
• You are proactive, service-minded, and have a no-nonsense attitude.
• You are willing to work in alternating day, evening, night and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely data entry into WFS and customer systems.
• First point of contact for customers and internal departments regarding handling of goods.
• Monitor and manage processes to meet agreed deadlines.
• Check dangerous substances or ensure proper handling where applicable.
• Complete handling of files for customers and invoicing.
