Qualifications

• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, or Accounting.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with accounting and property management systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Process incoming payments and allocate them correctly.
• Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with operational departments to ensure billing accuracy.
• Respond professionally to client and internal financial inquiries.
• Support the Finance team with administrative and accounting tasks as required.
