Job summary

Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Breda, NL to manage supplier payments, verify documents, and ensure timely processing.

You will handle invoices, credit notes and purchase orders while maintaining AP subledgers and ensuring proper authorizations in line with company obligations. The role requires experience with Oracle, Basware, and strong English communication. A hybrid work model and Netherlands residence/permit are expected, with opportunities to

Qualifications

• Accounts Payable and accounting experience (2 years or more).
• Professional level English.
• Experience with Oracle.
• Intermediate/advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Residence- and work permit for the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Assess, verify and process invoices, credit notes, purchase orders, refunds, Advanced payments and expense reports from various offices and sale sites in the EMEA regions.
• Input data/invoices into Basware and Oracle ERP system.
• Maintain accurate and complete information on AP subledgers.
• Prepare invoices for payment accurately and in due time.
• Follow up on unpaid and late invoices.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies independently and/or in collaboration with sale site staff.
