Job summary

Packit in Oud-Beijerland (Hoeksche Waard) seeks an Account Support employee to handle daily contact with Dutch and international customers. You will process orders, quotations, input documents and arrange deliveries, while supporting Account Managers to focus on growth.

The ideal candidate has HBO level, experience with Exact (or similar ERP), is communicative, independent and customer‑focused, with Dutch and English proficiency; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• You have HBO working and thinking level.
• Experience with Exact, a similar ERP systems or you have enough affinity to master this quickly.
• You are communicative, enthusiastic and have commercial acumen.
• You have already proven that you can work independently, maintain overview, and always prioritize the customer.
• You have good command of Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of German is a significant advantage!
