Job summary

Harrison Scott Associates is looking for an EU Global Accounts Manager to work in North Brabant, Netherlands. This role involves managing client projects and maintaining relationships while handling approximately 3M euros of business. Ideal candidates will have strong project management skills and knowledge of packaging. A fluent command of both Dutch and English is essential. This position allows for flexible working hours, including the option for part-time engagement. Occasional travel within the EU is expected.

The objective of this EU Global Accounts Manager role is to operate as a point of contact for assigned accounts, developing and maintaining long-term relationships with responsibility for c.3M euros of business.

• Possibility to part work from home – and also part time, (from 40 hours pw to min of 32 hours pw). Office North Brabant, Netherlands
• Knowledge of packaging and/or printing technology is a big plus

Your responsibility – what you will do:

General

• Manage projects, working to carry out client goals while meeting company objectives.
• Communicate client needs and demands to management.
• Execute and monitor projects, ensuring key milestones are achieved on time.

Project Development / Management

• Develop new projects and products for existing and new customers.
• Generate sales among major EU client accounts, including cross-selling.
• Execute and monitor projects, ensuring key milestones are achieved on time.
• Full service: Coordinate and manage projects from briefing over artwork and material specification to first sampling and production trial.
• Support local Sales team to grow global projects.

Reporting and Administration

• Create Sales and Order Reports and collaborate with production sites.
• Maintain records of samples and documents for assigned accounts.
• Prepare briefs for quotations and analyse cost break downs to price offers.
• Provides assistance to production sites with regards to stock management.

What we are looking for – skills and experience:

• Account/Project management experience, preferably in the packaging sector.
• Knowledge of packaging and/or printing technology is a big plus.
• Dutch – with fluent English language skills.
