Job summary

Tible Group is seeking an Account Manager to handle one or more client accounts with independence and responsibility. You will collaborate with the account director, traffic management and engineers to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

You will maintain direct client contact, evaluate performance, and drive improvements. The role requires a proactive, energetic professional with strong Dutch and English skills and a track record of at least three years in a fast-paced

Do you have experience with account management in a fast-paced environment and are you ambitious enough to take the next step? The Dutch Tible team currently consists of over 25 people. In addition to this team, we work with our colleagues in India. We have direct contact via Teams and JIRA. To better support our clients, we are expanding in the Netherlands. This allows us to provide better service to clients like Statiegeld Nederland and others, while forming a bridge between user requirements and technical solutions.
We work as much as possible based on our own platform, HAWK, which provides the core components for all our solutions. HAWK facilitates this by combining standard components with a custom-built layer.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for one or more accounts. However, it doesn't stop there! You will collaborate with the account director, traffic management, and engineers to ensure that project execution is handled to perfection. This ensures the best results for your client. You evaluate performance and look at what is going well and what can be improved. You never put all your eggs in one basket, so you always have multiple projects running simultaneously; as a multitasker, this is no problem for you.

• Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset.
• Representative, energetic, and enterprising.
• Completed Higher Professional Education (HBO).
• Direct contact with our clients is no problem for you. You think along with them and seek the best solution.
• You are able to take the weight off clients' shoulders, work with passion, and have a constant drive to increase your own knowledge and satisfy customers.
• Able to set priorities and distinguish between main issues and side issues.
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
• You are accurate and have good numerical insight.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Available full-time (40 hours).
• Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
