Job summary

HH Global in Amsterdam is seeking an Account Manager to deliver solutions for clients in the confectionery and FMCG sectors. You will work with internal teams and local partners to manage briefs, timelines and budgets, ensuring high service levels on multiple projects across POSM, 2D/3D print, signage and visibility collateral.

The role blends office, client site and vendor interactions with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Client service management experience with client site work and SLAs/KPIs.
• Project management mindset with process focus and business development.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Experience troubleshooting project issues and implementing preventive measures.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Take briefs from the client with full specifications and deadlines, manage delivery end-to-end.
• Provide technical input and brief suppliers to client requirements, ensuring service levels.
• Monitor projects to ensure on-time delivery and align with HH Global’s offering.
• Prepare presentations and complete account administration and reporting with accurate records.
• Agree and manage budgets and P&Ls to maximise profit.
• Deliver services to meet contracted SLAs while complying with policies.
