Job summary
A leading global technology company is seeking a Senior Workplace Engineer to join the Windows Edition Product team in Kuala Lumpur. This role involves integrating and deploying Intune managed devices, providing L3 support for user issues, and contributing to product lifecycle management. Ideal candidates will have strong documentation skills and experience with MDM approaches through Autopilot/Intune. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and McAfee Cloud Proxy is a plus. Qualifications
- Experience with end-to-end application management in Intune.
- Ability to provide L3 support for major incidents and technical issues.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Integrate, test, qualify, and deploy applications in Intune.
- Contribute to product lifecycle management on local entity.
- Update, resolve, and close incident tickets.

The Senior Workplace engineer will be part of the Windows Edition Product team, helping to integrate & deploy the Intune managed device, supporting entities' onboarding through profile setup & apps integration activities.
- End-to-end application management (integrate-test-qualify-deploy) in Intune
- L3 support activities (major incidents, technical issues faced by users)
- Feature development when necessary
- Contributing to product lifecycle management on local entity
- App packages/ configured through Intune/WIP/VPN setup
- Updating/resolving/closing SILVA incident tickets
- Reports (Security items, device count, apps/tools reports) through Intune/Log Analytics Documentation of all that will be implemented/configured
- Writing skills for documentation purposes
- MDM approach through Autopilot/Intune
- McAfee Cloud Proxy
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
