This is a full‑time, on‑site Planner role located in Simpang Ampat. The Planner will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating production activities to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality products. Key responsibilities include managing production plans, tracking inventory levels, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently, and maintaining communication with cross‑functional teams to meet project deadlines and client requirements.

• Production Planning and Scheduling skills, including strong organizational abilities
• Knowledge of Inventory Management and Resource Allocation
• Attention to detail and excellent Problem‑Solving skills
• Effective Communication Skills and ability to coordinate with cross‑functional teams
• Proficiency in relevant scheduling and planning software tools
• Familiarity with tools and processes in the CNC tooling or semiconductor industry considered an advantage
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
