Job Descriptions:

• Perform daily accounting operations, bank reconciliation, update of debtor collection & monitoring of incoming funds clearance.
• Assist in preparation of financial documents such as invoices/e-invoices, receipts, payment vouchers & payment remittance.
• Monitoring of account receivables.
• Responsible for checking of student refunds.
• Record general journal/ledger entries on time & accurately.
• Assist in month end closing of accounts, audit & company tax submission.
• Liaise with bank on banking matters & any other parties when required.
• Ensuring proper maintenance of accounting records & filing system for ease of access & retrieval.
• Support school related activities as & when required.
• Undertaking any other accounting/administrative tasks as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Accounting.
• At least 2 years of working experience in accounting is required.
• A team player, proactive & strong attention to details.
• Good understanding in accounting principles.
• Computer literate with the ability to operate Microsoft Words & Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP B1, audit & taxation will be an added advantage.
• Required language: English & Bahasa Malaysia.
