About the role

AKITEKHAS DESIGN STUDIO is seeking an ambitious and talented Assistant Architect to join our dynamic team in Kluang, Johor. As an Assistant Architect, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the design and development of innovative architectural projects that shape the built environment.

What you'll be doing

1. Assisting in the preparation of architectural drawings, designs, and using CAD.
2. Preparing detailed construction documents, including technical specifications and project schedules.
3. Staying up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, materials, and building technologies.

What we're looking for

• Cert, Diploma & Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD and SketchUp, Photoshop or editing software.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
• Passion for architecture and a keen eye for design.
