Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute data-driven marketing plans for our house brands, tailored to international markets (focus: medical devices/PPE).
Lead multi-channel campaigns (trade shows, digital, email, content) to generate high-quality global leads.
Project & Brand Leadership
Manage end-to-end campaigns, coordinating creatives, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver on time and on budget.
Oversee packaging development—ensuring designs align with brand strategy and market appeal while meeting local regulatory requirements in target markets
Craft (or guide) compelling copy and visuals that speak to diverse B2B audiences.
Monitor global trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine positioning.
Performance & Growth
Track ROI, optimize spend, and prove how marketing drives revenue.
Own budgets with a focus on scalable, measurable results.
Who You Are:
Background:
Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Branding, Advertising, Mass Communication, International Business, or related fields.
Bonus:Experience in medical devices, PPE, or regulated industries.
Experience:
Senior Executive:3+ years in B2B marketing
Assistant Manager:5+ years in B2B marketing
Must have:Hands-on experience in international markets (experience in Mandarin-speaking markets like China/Taiwan is a plus).

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Confident and professional when engaging directly with international vendors and customers
Solid project management and time management abilities
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
Attention to detail in content and execution
Proficiency in or exposure to design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus
