We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Assistant Brand Manager to join our dynamic team at Kara Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd. This is a full-time position based in Puchong, Selangor. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the development and implementation of agency food marketing and focus in growing the brand to deliver volume, revenue share and profit growth.

1. Handle all aspects of marketing management of the assigned brands portfolio.
2. Strategize, plan and execute brand initiatives/activities to enhance brand positioning and ensure the company objectives are met.
3. Work closely with the sales team and other stakeholders to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts.
4. Research industry trends & public perception and aid in creating marketing and advertising campaigns to strengthen brand identities.
5. Keep abreast of consumer behavior, marketplace trends, market research, trade dynamics, business drivers, and competitor strategies.
6. Contribute to product innovation by delivering product development programs to further margin growth.
7. Identify market opportunities for new brands and categories.
8. Manage the brand A&P budget and profitability effectively.
9. Liaise with principals, prepare monthly reports and forecasts as necessary.
10. Maintain good relationships with suppliers to design and execute marketing campaigns successfully.
11. Provide monthly marketing reports/analysis to management.
12. Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Food Science or related fields.
• 5 years of experience in a brand management or marketing role.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills to effectively manage projects.
• Creative mindset to identify alternative approaches and solutions.
• Dynamic team player with initiative, maturity, and the ability to work independently with a positive attitude.
