Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industry preferable.
• Experienced on Built Up, Plating, Lithography, SRSF, Assembly or Test are added advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist Engineers to perform Hookup/Upgrade/PM and Maintenance activities.
• Ensure to achieve high PM success rate by management.
• Perform in depth troubleshooting at production machine.
