As Junior Business Intelligence Analyst - BW, you will be part of the Global SAP Business Warehouse (BW) Team. You will support the use and adoption of reporting to enhance decision-making processes across the Hilti organization. You will work closely with key business stakeholders to identify their requirements and fulfill these by developing and supporting BW data models and reporting solutions.

In this role you will:

• Proactively review existing reporting processes within the business. Identify best practices and suggest improvement opportunities.
• Conceptualize and implement new data models in alignment with business needs.
• Support the developed data models.

What you need

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent with a CGPA of 3.5 & above
• Understanding of Business Intelligence principles, Data Warehousing, Data Modelling
• Know-how in SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BW on HANA or ABAP is advantageous
• An entrepreneurial and team player mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, interest in technical leadership
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
