Job Title: Outdoor Sales Executive (Outstation)
Position Overview

Role focuses on outstation sales across Malaysia, promoting NSB’s range of fans. Sales executive will be responsible for growing market presence, meeting sales targets, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Market Expansion: Develop and implement sales strategies for NSB’s fans; conduct sales visits across different regions (outstation), including both rural and urban markets; achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and expand customer base.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with retailers, interior designers, architects, and consumers; engage clients through phone, email, and social media.
  • Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Conduct demonstrations and presentations of NSB’s fan range; attend exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Technical Knowledge & Product Expertise: Develop expertise on product features, energy efficiency, and design aspects; stay informed about industry trends.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with marketing teams and provide regular sales reports; align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
  • Ad-hoc Duties: Participate in company events, exhibitions, and assist with additional tasks when required.
Education & Language Requirements
  • Education: Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related fields. A degree is an advantage. Candidates with specialized coursework in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management will be preferred.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Malay. Knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) and other languages is highly desirable.

  • Sales Skills: Strong ability to understand customer needs and close sales effectively. Experience in managing sales pipelines.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills across various platforms.

  • Travel Requirements: Frequent outstation travel across Malaysia. Valid driver’s license is required.
  • Self-Motivated: Independent and capable of managing travel schedules with minimal supervision.
