Job summary

A leading consultancy firm is seeking a Finance Assistant / Payment Specialist to manage client deposits and withdrawals, ensure accurate transaction processing, and prepare transaction statistics. The ideal candidate will hold a diploma in accounting or finance, have at least 1 year of relevant experience, and be proficient in MS Excel. This is a remote position with flexible working hours and various benefits including leave and allowances.

Overview

Job Title: Finance Assistant / Payment Specialist

Salary Range: RM 3500-5500

Working Hours: Work from home; shift scheduled, six days a week. Morning shift 7:30am–4:30pm; Afternoon shift 4:00pm–1:00am; Night shift 11:00pm–8:00am

Responsibilities
  • Handle and monitor client deposits and withdrawals, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Receive and organize payments, post payments in system
  • Analyze, verify and validate every incoming or outgoing transaction
  • Prepare weekly and monthly transaction statistics, record and payments reconciliation
  • Manage customer accounts, including payment information and resolving payment-related inquiries and disputes
Qualifications
  • Diploma in accounting, finance or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting, payment processing or a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
