Job summary
A leading building materials company in Shah Alam is seeking a motivated sales representative to develop and manage B2B clients. The role requires fluency in Mandarin for effective communication with clients and entails outdoor sales visits, presentations, and relationship building. Applicants should have at least one year of sales experience in supported industries. Attractive benefits include performance bonuses, uncapped commissions, and various allowances.

Responsibilities
- Actively develop and manage B2B clients.
- Conduct outdoor sales visits and presentations.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up on quotations and pricing.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information.
Skills
- Mandarin speaker is a MUST (to communicate with Mandarin clients)
- Able to converse in Basic English / Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (building materials, glass, hardware, furniture, or related industries preferred)
- Comfortable with outdoor sales and client visits
- Self-motivated, responsible, and result-driven
- Possess own transport is an advantage
- Able to travel outstation
- Actively develop and manage B2B clients such as hardware shops, door & window dealers, furniture retailers, and mixed trading SMEs
- Conduct outdoor sales visits, presentations, and product introductions
- Build strong relationships with existing customers and expand new accounts
- Follow up on quotations, pricing, and order progress
- Collect market feedback and competitor information
- Work closely with internal team to ensure smooth order fulfilment
