Technical Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of project in terms of resources, budget and timelines.
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Define project tasks and develop full scale project plans.
• Provide direction, support and motivation to project team.
• Ensure consistent quality assurance of the project.
• Technically sound, capable to articulate and explain to customer for challenges or issues that are facing during the project.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and ensuring project complete within planned timeline.
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions in a regular manner to customer.
• Proactive manage changes in project scope.
• Project evaluations and assessment of results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in (Computer/Telecommunications), Electronics, Electrical or equivalent.
• With PMP Certified will have added advantage.
• Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.

• Experience in managing telco related projects.
• Possess PS/CS core network domain knowledge (eg. Gn, S1U, S1MME, IuPS, SCCP, SS7/Sigtran) or RAN domain knowledge (eg. EUTRAN, UTRAN).
• Experience in managing probe projects will have added advantage.
• knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
• MS-Project and MS-Office knowledge.
