• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Review, compile, and generate consolidated financial reports, including group performance simulations for forecasting and analysis.
• Group Reporting and Consolidation: Consolidate financial results for the entire group, including review and reconciliation of inter-company transactions and balances to prepare a unified financial picture.
• Compliance and Coordination: Ensure compliance with statutory submissions and financial reporting, liaising with external parties such as tax agents, auditors, and consultants.
• Project and Financial Management: Monitor and manage the financial health of the company\'s projects, including tracking cash flow, revenue, and other financial statistics.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and coordinate various reports and documents, including quarterly announcements, presentations, and internal management materials.

A successful Group Senior Finance Manager should have:

• A recognized degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards in the property / construction industry.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of finance professionals.
