We are looking for a skilled Node.js Developer with strong expertise in MySQL or NoSQL databases. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Genesys support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js.
• Work with MySQL and NoSQL databases for data modeling, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Support and troubleshoot issues related to Genesys platforms (preferred).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

• Strong hands‑on experience in Node.js backend development.
• Proficiency in MySQL and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, or similar).
• Genesys support/implementation experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent problem‑solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Working experience with managing incidents and SR.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia.
• Nice to Have: Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Nice to Have: Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Nice to Have: Exposure to DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization).
