Analyst for Investments & Corporate Strategy play a supporting role in driving key investment and corporate growth initiatives. Responsibilities:
Investment Research & Financial Analysis
Assist in building and maintaining financial models for internal project reviews, business proposals, and capital planning.
Compile data and assist in preparing internal investment memos and management summaries.
Conduct research on market developments, opportunities, and relevant government policies to support investment and strategic decisions.
Support ongoing capital raising, refinancing, and debt management initiatives through data compilation and document review.
Assist in due diligence exercises (financial, regulatory, and technical) for new project investments or acquisitions.
Strategic Planning & Business Reporting
Support the development of strategic plans, project reviews, and long-term business initiatives.
Contribute to the preparation of strategic reports, board papers, and internal presentations.
Track business KPIs across Cypark’s divisions and assist in consolidating strategic dashboards.
Investor Relations & Corporate Communications
Assist in preparing investor presentations, factsheets, and briefing materials.
Support coordination and logistics for investor meetings and capital market activities.
Develop corporate messages for various communication channels.
Collaborate on content for media releases, announcements, and stakeholder updates.
Other Responsibilities:
Perform other tasks and assignments as directed by the supervisor from time to time.
Requirements:
Solid foundation in financial concepts, accounting, and business analysis.
Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; prior exposure to financial modelling is an advantage.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.
High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or other quantitative or analytical disciplines, with strong academic performance
Experience
Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Internship experience, academic projects, or extracurricular involvement related to finance, investments, consulting, corporate strategy, or the renewable energy sector will be considered an advantage.
Demonstrated interest in financial analysis, business strategy, or sustainability will be viewed favorably.
