• Strong planning and organizational skills in the automotive industry to ensure high-quality customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in analyzing customer feedback and satisfaction metrics to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Skilled in implementing processes to maintain consistent, high-level customer service across all touchpoints.
• Competent in project management: planning, executing, and controlling projects effectively.
• Strong analytics and reporting skills for data-driven insights and decision-making.
