Maintain in optimum conditions current equipment, lead the design, development, and implementation of in-house automation solutions that reduce reliance on external suppliers and contractors. This role will focus on maintaining current equipment ( PLC, SCADA, electrical parts,…) optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and internalizing key manufacturing operations.

• Main Tasks
• Design and implement automated systems for production processes
• Reduce outsourcing by internalizing previously subcontracted troubleshooting, repairs
• Program and maintain PLCs, robotics, and control systems
• Collaborate with production teams to identify automation opportunities
• Ensure systems meet safety, quality, and compliance standards

Bachelor Degree of Engineering,

• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Good communication skill in English or Bahasa Malaysia
• High personal safety standards.
• Minimum 3 years of experience
