A leading karaoke system supplier in Skudai is seeking an Account Assistant. You will manage data entry, assist with daily accounting tasks, and support financial processes. Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience in accounting, proficiency in SQL systems, and good attention to detail. Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance assistant role.
- Hands-on experience with SQL systems and data entry is highly preferred.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in MS Excel.

- Accurately input file key data into the SQL system.
- Assist in daily accounting tasks including documentation, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping.
- Support payment processing, reconciliation, and other finance-related tasks.

They also specialize in the installation of karaoke machines and soundproof panels. Additionally, they provide karaoke rental services for family gatherings and events.
- Accurately input file key data into the SQL system
- Assist in daily accounting tasks including documentation, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping
- Support payment processing, reconciliation, and other finance-related tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- At least 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance assistant role
- Hands-on experience with SQL systems and data entry is highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and good time management skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in MS Excel
