Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Automotive Engineering, Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in automotive workshop operations, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair processes, workshop operations and quality control.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop technical teams.
• Good understanding of workplace safety, 5S implementation and SOP compliance.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and communication skills.
• Computer literacy and ability to maintain operational records.
• Possess a valid driving license (Class D).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily workshop operations to ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop workshop staff to improve performance and technical competencies.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, and operational standards.
