Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific seeks a Workplace Experience Manager in Malaysia to supervise staff delivering concierge, reception, meeting and event management, and admin duties. You will guide performance, train teams, and ensure excellent client service across a designated building.

Responsibilities include managing daily activities, scheduling, mentoring staff, negotiating with clients, and driving process improvements while aligning with CBRE RISE values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; combination of experience accepted
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, measuring and rewarding performance
• Strong leadership to motivate team impact on quality and efficiency

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees; monitor training and development; conduct performance evaluations and coaching
• Coordinate daily team activities; set schedules; assign tasks; cross-train staff
• Build and maintain client relationships; negotiate with clients and partners
• Suggest process improvements; develop strategic solutions; ensure efficient support from the team
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day issues; collaborate with others to achieve objectives
