You will assist with facilities, reception, supplies, onboarding, events, and simple admin tasks, while learning about office operations in a global tech company.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in relevant field (Business Admin, Hospitality, HR, Facilities, Communications).
• Positive, friendly, service-minded attitude.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Good English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in keeping the office safe, tidy, and aligned with health and safety rules.
• Support employee experience activities and office engagement initiatives.
• Assist with office improvement projects and vendor coordination.
• Help with onboarding/offboarding and reception duties.
• Assist with basic admin tasks such as PO, invoices, and budget tracking.
