Job summary

Gen Digital Inc. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager to lead day-to-day operations, facilities services, and a welcoming office environment that reflects our culture and values.

You will partner with the Site Leader and cross‑functional teams to drive engagement, plan events, manage vendors and budgets, and ensure safety, service quality, and an exceptional workplace experience for staff and visitors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in workplace experience, office management, hospitality, facilities management, operations, or a related field.
• Experience managing workplace vendors, service providers, and budgets.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to drive engagement and culture initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and AI-enabled productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day workplace operations and ensure a safe, functional office.
• Coordinate facilities, reception, catering, maintenance, and supplies.
• Foster engagement and culture through local initiatives and ambassador role.
• Plan and execute workplace events and visitor experiences.
• Provide leadership to office support staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Assist with budgeting, purchasing, invoicing, and reporting.
