Job summary
Azelis Group in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Workday Product Owner to shape HR technology strategy, backlog, and roadmaps across global HRIS programs. You will ensure alignment with regional HR and regulatory needs while balancing local requirements with global standards.
The role requires hands-on Workday HCM configuration, strong stakeholder management across regions, and the ability to drive continuous improvements, releases, testing, data integrity and security across Workday
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on Workday HCM configuration and business process experience.
- Experience in Workday product ownership, HRIS or HR technology initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management across regions and cultures.
- Experience with Workday releases, testing, data, integrations, security.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment.
Responsibilities
- Own assigned Workday product areas, including backlog and roadmap.
- Translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions and designs.
- Coordinate Workday releases, testing and post-release validation.
- Lead or contribute to HRIS projects and transformations.
- Support user adoption through guidance and training where relevant.
