Job summary

Toll Group in Malaysia is seeking an HR Systems Specialist to deliver, support, and optimise Workday solutions, serving as the functional expert for HRIS modules. You will partner with HR, IT, AMS and stakeholders to implement enhancements and ensure reliable operations.

The role blends BAU support with project work, covering requirements, testing, data loads, documentation, and process improvement. You will analyse workforce data, support deployments, and help users maximise value from HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, IT, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HRIS experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience configuring business processes and system administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main HR systems expert for assigned modules and processes.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to document requirements for system changes.
• Design practical HRIS solutions that meet business needs.
• Deliver system enhancements and ensure on-time delivery.
• Plan and execute testing to validate changes.
• Partner with AMS to support releases and issue resolution.
• Monitor system performance and gather user feedback.
• Create and maintain process guides and knowledge articles.
• Evaluate new Workday features and support adoption.
