Job summary

Strada is seeking a Workday Associate Consultant in Kuala Lumpur to support implementing, configuring, and optimizing Workday solutions for clients. You will work with senior consultants and client stakeholders to gather requirements, configure components, perform testing, and provide post-implementation support.

Develop expertise in Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Finance, or Integrations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence, stay current with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in technical, business, or financial discipline.
• Proven consultative skills to guide client discussions to agreement of solutions.
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from clients.
• Support the configuration and deployment of Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Finance).
• Perform system testing, including unit testing and UAT.
• Help troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Participate in data migration activities, including data validation and reconciliation.
• Prepare documentation, including configuration workbooks, process flows, and user guides.
• Support integration activities (e.g., inbound/outbound interfaces, EIBs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide post-go-live support and help resolve production issues.
• Stay up to date with Workday releases, features, and best practices.
