Job summary

Binance is seeking a Finance Operations Specialist to join our global team in Malaysia. You will administer Workday Financials, maintain master data, support integrations, and provide first-line finance and accounting support.

You’ll help design AI-powered automations and contribute to audits and close processes, with a remote-friendly setup and opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in finance ops or ERP support, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and a keen interest in crypto.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in finance, accounting, information systems, or related.
• At least 5 years in finance ops, systems admin, or ERP support.
• Strong Excel/Sheets; comfortable cleaning and cross-checking data.
• Experience building AI-assisted automations or low-code workflows with LLMs.
• Detail-oriented, process-minded, clear written communicator.
• Genuine interest in crypto/blockchain.

Responsibilities

• Administer Workday Financials: user access, roles, approval workflows.
• Maintain master data (vendors, customers, CoA, worktags) consistent across systems.
• Support integrations between Workday, banking, and crypto tooling.
• First-line support for finance, treasury, and accounting; troubleshoot and escalate as needed.
• Configure workflows and reports; take part in UAT for system changes.
• Support the Workday migration: data validation, cutover, hypercare.
• Support close: journal posting checks, reconciliation extracts, reporting.
• Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and user guides.
• Use AI tools to automate repetitive finance ops tasks and document reusable automations.
• Support audits: access reviews, segregation of duties, change logs.
