Binance is seeking a Finance Operations Specialist to join our global team in Malaysia. You will administer Workday Financials, maintain master data, support integrations, and provide first-line finance and accounting support.

You’ll help design AI-powered automations and contribute to audits and close processes, with a remote-friendly setup and opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in finance ops or ERP support, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and a keen interest in crypto.

Competenze

• Bachelor's in finance, accounting, information systems, or related.
• At least 5 years in finance ops, systems admin, or ERP support.
• Strong Excel/Sheets; comfortable cleaning and cross-checking data.
• Experience building AI-assisted automations or low-code workflows with LLMs.
• Detail-oriented, process-minded, clear written communicator.
• Genuine interest in crypto/blockchain.

What You'll Do

• Administer Workday Financials: user access, roles, approval workflows

• Use AI tools to automate repetitive finance ops tasks — data cleaning, report generation, ticket triage — and document reusable automations
• Support audits: access reviews, segregation of duties, change logs

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's in finance, accounting, information systems, or related
• At least 5 years in finance ops, systems admin, or ERP support
• Strong Excel/Sheets; comfortable cleaning and cross-checking data
• Experience building AI-assisted automations or low-code workflows with LLMs
• Detail-oriented, process-minded, clear written communicator
• Genuine interest in crypto/blockchain

Nice to have

• Workday Financials exposure or certification
• NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Xero
• SQL or scripting (Python, Zapier/Make)
• Crypto ops tooling or digital asset accounting
• Startup / high-growth experience
