Rolling Arrays Consulting in Malaysia seeks an HRIS specialist who can independently configure HRIS modules, manage client interactions, and contribute to project delivery with growing functional expertise.

You will lead requirements workshops, configure and test modules, conduct demos and UAT, deliver end-user training, and provide post-go-live support, while documenting BRDs and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years HRIS implementation/support experience.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
• Workday Core HCM Certification required.

Responsabilités

• Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs. Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices.
• Configure and test HRIS modules to meet client requirements; support data migration activities.
• Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review; collect feedback to drive changes.
• Deliver end-user training on different modules and prepare BRDs, training materials, and project documentation.
• Resolve post-implementation issues within SLAs and implement minor enhancements based on client feedback.
