Job summary

Strada is hiring a Workday Associate Consultant to support implementing, configuring, and optimizing Workday solutions for clients. You will work with senior consultants and client stakeholders to gather requirements, configure modules such as HCM, Payroll, and Finance, and provide post-implementation support.

This role requires strong functional/technical Workday expertise, proven consultative skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technical, business, or financial discipline.
• Workday Certification(s) is required and ongoing recertification may be needed.
• Proven consultative and collaborative skills to align solutions with client needs.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from clients.
• Configure and deploy Workday modules (HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Finance).
• Perform unit testing and UAT to validate configurations.

Workday Associate Consultant Job Summary

The Workday Associate Consultant supports the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday solutions for clients. This role involves working closely with senior consultants and client stakeholders to gather requirements, configure system components, perform testing, and provide post‑implementation support. The Associate Consultant is expected to develop strong functional and/or technical expertise in Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Finance, or Integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from clients.
• Support the configuration and deployment of Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Finance).
• Perform system testing, including unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Help troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Participate in data migration activities, including data validation and reconciliation.
• Prepare documentation, including configuration workbooks, process flows, and user guides.
• Support integration activities (e.g., inbound/outbound interfaces, EIBs).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide post‑go‑live support and help resolve production issues.
• Stay up to date with Workday releases, features, and best practices.

Knowledge, Education, Certification, Skills & Technical Proficiencies

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in technical, business, or financial discipline.
• If not already a holder of the relevant Workday Certification, successful completion of appropriate Workday Certification(s) is a requirement of the role, as well as on‑going successful re‑certification. Additional Workday certifications may be required.
• Proven consultative skills to guide client and internal discussions to agreement of solutions in a timely manner.
• Experience implementing complex, practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
• Able to prioritize and organize increasingly complex work to ensure overall timeliness and quality standards.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and to adapt to frequent change.
• Proven experience working creatively and analytically in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated advanced experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exhibits problem‑solving skills, including troubleshooting issues and escalates as appropriate.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including clear articulation of complex messages and requirements.
• Demonstrated commitment and achievement to delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
• Proven experience demonstrating initiative and curiosity to build skills in other areas.
