• Lead design and implementation of the APAC Finance operating model strategy.
• Drive workforce transformation, organisational design and change readiness in APAC Finance.
• Develop governance frameworks and ensure alignment with Finance priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement the APAC Finance operating model roadmap.
• Lead workforce transformation initiatives to scale finance capabilities.
• Oversee shared services and outsourced delivery models for APAC Finance.
• Govern governance frameworks, risk, and benefits realisation across transformation programs.
• Provide executive reporting and strategic insights to Finance leadership.
