Dentsu (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd invites applications for Finance Process, Systems & Change Manager (Contract). This 12-month fixed-term role drives APAC finance transformation, process standardisation, systems enablement and change adoption across the region.
You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Technology and Shared Services to standardise processes, implement OneERP/D365-like platforms, and embed automation and AI-enabled improvements into BAU operations.

Job title: Finance Process, Systems & Change Manager (Contract)
The Finance Process, Systems & Change Manager is responsible for translating the APAC Finance transformation strategy into sustainable process, systems and adoption outcomes. The role leads Finance process optimisation, technology enablement and change management initiatives that support the delivery of the Finance operating model transformation agenda.
Working across Finance, Technology, Shared Services and business stakeholders, the role is accountable for process standardisation, systems implementation and optimisation, automation and AI‑enabled improvements, and the successful adoption of new ways of working. The role ensures transformation initiatives are embedded into business‑as‑usual operations through effective stakeholder engagement, training, communications and continuous improvement.
