Infineon Technologies AG in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Specialist Information Technology to program the intelligence behind the chips and transform data into insights for HR applications. You will act as an in-house consultant for HR Compensation & Benefits systems, design solutions with stakeholders, and support go-live and day-to-day operations.

The role requires hands-on HR IT support, application development, and strong English communication in an international environment.

Formación

• Experience in HR systems support and business consulting.
• Proven ability to develop applications and troubleshoot IT issues.
• Strong technical skills in PL/SQL, .NET, web technologies and Python.

Responsabilidades

• Act as in-house HRIT consultant for Compensation & Benefits applications and governance.
• Provide operational IT support for HR systems; translate business needs into functional designs.
• Develop change requests and project software; implement bug fixes and go-live support.
• Coordinate with solution providers for go-live, cutover and ongoing support.
