Job summary

Advanced Energy in Malaysia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles across a manufacturing multinational. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates, screen, interview, extend offers, and coordinate onboarding while ensuring compliance with Malaysian employment laws.

You will also oversee expatriate immigration processes (EP/PVP), liaise with authorities, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment for exempt/non-exempt positions.
• Knowledge of Malaysian employment regulations and recruitment practices.
• Experience handling expatriate immigration processes (EP/PVP) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and timelines.
• Develop sourcing strategies via portals, social media, referrals, agencies.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and assessments; manage offers.
• Maintain recruitment records and HR metrics.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian laws and company policies.
• Oversee expatriate immigration processes (EP/PVP) and documentation.
