• Confident using LinkedIn and professional networking platforms; excellent written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach high-potential junior engineers, physicists, Master’s students and PhD candidates with semiconductor R&D backgrounds.
• Develop structured pipelines of talent from universities and research institutions worldwide for engineering careers.
• Design and execute targeted LinkedIn campaigns and digital talent marketing to attract early-career talent.
• Engage university networks, laboratories and technical communities to establish scalable channels for international talent outreach.
• Help establish newsletters and automated content feeds distributing opportunities to global engineering communities.
• Track sourcing channels and candidate engagement to optimize the talent funnel.
