Job summary

WPG Holdings in Malaysia is seeking a software engineer to develop, support, and maintain the Warehouse Management System (WMS) used across warehousing and logistics operations. You will work with corporate MIS and business users to deliver new functions and ensure reliable system operation.

You will collaborate with the development team using Java/Spring Boot and MS SQL, gather requirements, perform UAT, troubleshoot issues, optimize queries, and maintain up‑to‑date system documentation to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology or IT equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant software development experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, support, and maintain the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Collaborate with MIS and business users to deliver new functions and ensure stable operation.
• Gather, analyze, and clarify user requirements; confirm scope before development.
• Prepare and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Investigate problems, implement fixes, and test changes for stability.
• Tune and optimize MS SQL performance to support production reliability.
• Prepare and maintain up-to-date system documentation.
