Qualifications

• 3–6 years hands-on experience with WMS
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain operations
• Good understanding of inbound, outbound, inventory management, and warehouse processes
• Experience in WMS implementation, enhancement, support, or integration
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Support and manage WMS applications and warehouse operations
• Work on inbound and outbound warehouse processes
• Manage inventory-related system activities and issues
• Support WMS implementation, enhancements, testing, and integrations
• Troubleshoot WMS-related issues and coordinate with business and technical teams
• Understand warehouse workflows and translate business requirements into system solutions
• Prepare system documentation and support users when required
