Job summary

MR DIY Malaysia is seeking a Software Project Engineer to develop and enhance in‑house warehouse and automation systems. You will work on software components for WMS, WCS, OMS, and middleware, delivering practical digital solutions that improve operational efficiency.

The role combines software engineering, project delivery, and business process improvement, collaborating with operations teams and business users to translate requirements into robust software solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of software development experience.
• Proficient in .NET ecosystem and backend systems.
• Ability to translate business needs into software solutions.
• Experience with warehouse/automation or related systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software components for warehouse and automation‑related systems (e.g. WMS, WCS, OMS, Middleware).
• Implement high‑quality, maintainable, and scalable code following established architecture and design standards.
• Collaborate with Technical Lead to align implementation with system architecture and deliver on project plans.
• Assist in system testing phases, SIT/UAT/SAT, and post‑go‑live support.
