POH TIONG CHOON LOGISTICS (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD is seeking a Systems Analyst to provide comprehensive WMS support, analyze processes and convert requirements into actionable specifications. You will collaborate with operations and business users to enhance system performance and data reporting.
The role requires strong WMS knowledge, Oracle SQL skills, and experience with PowerBuilder; a background in Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 or ERP systems is a plus.
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse operations.
Hands-on experience supporting and maintaining Exceed WMS or similar WMS solutions.
Experience with PowerBuilder application support and small-scale development/customization.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Database and Oracle SQL for data retrieval, analysis and reporting.
Experience developing operational and management reports using Oracle Excel, Power Query or Crystal Reports.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 or ERP systems is an advantage.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication skills
Provide application support, maintenance and troubleshooting for the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Analyze business processes, operational challenges, and user requirements to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancement.
Work closely with business users, operations teams, and stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for system enhancements and new solutions.
Evaluate existing workflows and recommend practical technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Perform small-scale system enhancements, customizations and bug fixes using PowerBuilder.
Support the migration from old version of WMS to Microsoft Dynamics through requirement gathering, testing, data validation and user support.
Develop and maintain Oracle SQL queries, stored procedures and reports.
Retrieve, analyze and validate operational data for warehouse occupancy, inbound/outbound volume, inventory, productivity/incentive and other management reports.
Diagnose and resolve application issues promptly.
Prepare technical and user documentation, conduct user training and support UAT.
Work closely with warehouse operations and business users to ensure system stability.
