Job summary

Servay Evergreen Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced WMS Route Planner to join our team in KKIP Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. This full-time role involves planning and optimizing delivery routes for efficient distribution across the region.

You will collaborate with warehouse, logistics, sales and customer service teams, analyze delivery data, monitor performance metrics, and stay updated with industry best practices in route planning and logistics optimization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in route planning or logistics optimisation.
• Experience in warehousing, storage and distribution preferred.
• Proficiency with route planning software and logistics tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration.

About the role

Servay Evergreen Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced WMS Route Planner to join our team in KKIP Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for planning and optimising delivery routes to ensure efficient and timely distribution of our products to customers across the region.

What you’ll be doing

Develop and maintain optimal delivery routes and schedules based on customer locations, order volumes, vehicle capacities, and other logistical factors

Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure seamless integration of route planning with inventory management and distribution operations

Analyse delivery data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer service

Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address any delivery-related inquiries or issues

Monitor delivery performance metrics and provide regular reports to management

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in route planning and logistics optimisation

What we’re looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a route planning or logistics optimisation role, preferably in the warehousing, storage, and distribution industry

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and implement effective routing strategies

Proficiency in using route planning software and other logistics management tools

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Ability to multitask, prioritise, and adapt to changing business requirements

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
