Job summary

ULTRA GREEN SUPPLIES SDN. BHD. is hiring a Logistics Planning Executive in our Kepong Kuala Lumpur facility to optimize daily delivery planning, routing, and coordination. You will work with Sales, Warehouse and Head of Operations to improve delivery efficiency and reporting.

The role focuses on planning, monitoring, and improving logistics performance with a focus on route optimization and SOP enhancements. 2–4 years’ experience and Mandarin-speaking capability are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems and logistics management software.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics planning, production planning, scheduling, or supply chain coordination.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize daily delivery schedules, routes and vehicle allocation.
• Coordinate Sales Order delivery priorities, cut-off times and urgent deliveries.
• Monitor delivery progress, POD return and delivery status.
• Track vehicle utilization, delivery performance and logistics KPIs.
• Identify delays, route issues and bottlenecks and propose solutions.
• Communicate with Sales Team, Warehouse, Customer Service and Head of Operations.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly logistics reports and performance analyses.
• Support continuous improvement of logistics SOPs, workflows and efficiency.
• Assist in improving delivery planning, route optimization and logistics processes.

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Planning Executive to join ULTRA GREEN SUPPLIES SDN. BHD. in our Kepong Kuala Lumpur facility to optimize daily delivery planning, routing and logistics coordination. The role will coordinate logistics operations and work closely with the Sales Team, Warehouse and Head of Operations to improve delivery efficiency, vehicle utilization, service performance and operational reporting.

What you'll be doing

• Planning and optimize daily delivery schedules, routes and vehicle allocation.
• Coordinate Sales Order (SO) delivery priorities, cut-off times and urgent deliveries.
• Monitor delivery completion, POD (Proof of Delivery) return and delivery status.
• Track vehicle utilization, delivery performance and logistics KPIs.
• Identify delivery delays, route issues and operational bottlenecks, and propose solutions.
• Communicate and coordinate closely with Sales Team, Warehouse, Customer Service and Head of Operations.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly logistics reports and performance analysis.
• Support continuous improvement of logistics SOP, workflow and operational efficiency.
• Assist in improving delivery planning, route optimization and logistics processes.

What we're looking for

• A valid GDL (Goods Driving License) is compulsory
• Mandarin-speaking is required
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in logistics planning, production planning, scheduling, or supply chain coordination
• Strong proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and logistics management software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to optimise complex logistics networks
• Sound knowledge of inventory management principles and demand forecasting techniquesLess than 2 lines in the list
