Job summary

AIXTRON Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is expanding its Batu Kawan hub and seeks a System Management & Configuration Specialist to manage WMS settings, integrate ERP, and support warehouse operations. The role emphasizes ownership, process improvement and hands-on delivery in a fast-moving team.

You will configure, test, train, and document system workflows, work with IT and logistics teams, and help ensure data accuracy and inventory integrity at the Batu Kawan site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of experience in WMS support, warehouse operations, or logistics systems.
• Experience with SAP and any WMS platform used by AIXTRON, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes (receiving, picking, packing, shipping).
• Basic SQL or reporting tool knowledge and testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with effective cross-team communication.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain WMS settings (locations, workflows, inventory rules).
• Support system upgrades, patches, and new feature deployments.
• Participate in system implementation projects and user acceptance testing.
• Align WMS capabilities with operational best practices.
• Analyze warehouse KPIs to identify and implement process optimization.
• Provide second-level support for warehouse system issues.
• Identify recurring issues and implement permanent fixes.
• Ensure integration between WMS and ERP systems; support barcode/RFID interfaces.
• Develop user guides and training materials; conduct training sessions.
